Bought airfare for my mom and dad in November 2022. My mom got sick and couldnt travel.
She died 3 months later from cancer. We were told we had a year to rebook the ticket for my dad. Within the year we tried to rebook and were told the airlines deleted the reservation and Priceline couldnt help even though we had communicated to Priceline at the time she couldnt fly and again after her death. The Priceline supervisor told us we would have to take it up with the airlines but admitted that the airlines wouldnt help either since the ticket was purchased through Priceline!
Crap company with *** service. Will NEVER use Priceline again and will never recommend them to any of our friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, etc.

Called priceline today and they are telling us it is Deltas responsibility for the refund.My wife went to the credit union to help get our money back. It takes a push of button to take our money and so far it,s been 30 days. I am guessing they not caught up with todays technology.

Verified ReviewerCustomer Service number and representatives have ZERO customer service
DO NOT CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER unless you are expecting NO customer service, no compassion and rude or condescending responses. I have called this number 3 times now for different reasons, one was a banking issue, another was a reservation issue in regards to their different status/pricing and last was an issue with a refund.
All 3 issues were not resolved and were handled with POOR customer service. I have spoke to a supervisor/manager, representative and have even emailed my complaints and let me just say, it is such a waste of time. I have nothing against foreign countries handling your customer service, however when they are rude and you can hear them speaking in their mother tongue in the background, you can't help but wonder if they are talking about you and your situation with their office staff (all the while you are on the line). I hope someone in the upper management reads these reviews and takes them seriously.
If not, you will be losing another customer. So sad!!

I would give Priceline a zero star! My air flight back was cancelled, I never received an email or text.The day of the flight I did receive a priceline update of a time change only.
