First, having to jump through hoops to talk to a human is BS. Secondly, Your customer service person SUCKS! After this incident, You lost a customer. She did absolutely NOTHING to help me and didn't even try. Basically I was told too bad and that you are not doing anything to help. The only people that reached out to me was the Branch manager. He made it right. He called to assure me that we would have a vehicle when we arrived. Lastly. Your insurance is crap. We had to purchase additional insurance for the vehicle and WE WANT our money back!

Trying to find a car reservation I made

Our car reservation and contact with Priceline is horrible. We booked our car,presumably for a pick up at the airport. However, the desk at the airport cl a half hour before our flight was due to land! We are currently stranded at our hotel, no car and cant reach Priceline. Aliso, our credit card was compromised immediately after making the reservation and the card was cancelled. Hertz car rental says they cannot give us a car on that reservation without the original cc! HELP!!!

Poor service

Bought airfare for my mom and dad in November 2022. My mom got sick and couldnt travel.

She died 3 months later from cancer. We were told we had a year to rebook the ticket for my dad. Within the year we tried to rebook and were told the airlines deleted the reservation and Priceline couldnt help even though we had communicated to Priceline at the time she couldnt fly and again after her death. The Priceline supervisor told us we would have to take it up with the airlines but admitted that the airlines wouldnt help either since the ticket was purchased through Priceline!

Crap company with *** service. Will NEVER use Priceline again and will never recommend them to any of our friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, etc.

Called priceline today and they are telling us it is Deltas responsibility for the refund.My wife went to the credit union to help get our money back. It takes a push of button to take our money and so far it,s been 30 days. I am guessing they not caught up with todays technology.

Flight canceled because of the situation in Isreal booked with priceline flying on DELTA. Delta issued a refund on October 18th to priceline.w my wife talked to them tells 8 weeks to process the refund. I called and they told me DELTA REFUNDED it to our bank account but no money 4077 dollars is at of money. THIS IS TRULY RIDICULOUS.

Customer Service number and representatives have ZERO customer service

DO NOT CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER unless you are expecting NO customer service, no compassion and rude or condescending responses. I have called this number 3 times now for different reasons, one was a banking issue, another was a reservation issue in regards to their different status/pricing and last was an issue with a refund.

All 3 issues were not resolved and were handled with POOR customer service. I have spoke to a supervisor/manager, representative and have even emailed my complaints and let me just say, it is such a waste of time. I have nothing against foreign countries handling your customer service, however when they are rude and you can hear them speaking in their mother tongue in the background, you can't help but wonder if they are talking about you and your situation with their office staff (all the while you are on the line). I hope someone in the upper management reads these reviews and takes them seriously.

If not, you will be losing another customer. So sad!!

I made a reservation to get a minivan that had unlimited mileage on the day that Im supposed to pick up my minivan. They tell me that theres a limitation of 50 miles per day although it showed clearly on the website unlimited mileage they asked me if I want to cancel absolutely, but they shouldve accommodated me and made things right but they decided not to. This is the worst service that Ive ever received in my entire life. Be careful do not use Priceline do not use green motion. They are scammers. They are liars runaway.

I reserved a car thru Priceline and received a conf #. The reservation was thru Dollar Rent a Car. I got a Dollar Rent a Car conf. # but when I went to the Dollar Rent a Car desk, although they had my reservation and conf #, they didn't have a car. When I called Priceline I was put in an endless loop with their automated answering machine. DON'T GO THRU PRICELINE!

I would give Priceline a zero star! My air flight back was cancelled, I never received an email or text.The day of the flight I did receive a priceline update of a time change only.

Upon arrival, we Checked in with Frontier Airlines and were told we had no booking, I did show the email from Priceline showing our confirmation, they told me the flight was cancelled. I had to book a flight home with Delta at double the price I originally paid. I called Priceline, and they said, "They received an email from Frontier about the flight being cancelled but never contacted me to rebook". Furthermore, I asked for a copy of the email, they said NO. I was told there is NO compensation for this matter.

What all way to do business you can’t get a hold of customer service representative then you don’t have exact numbers for your travel or confirmation number you can’t get anywhere on the automated sys

Let me try this again why do you have to make it so difficult to get through to somebody to confirm your reservation trying to get a car rental confirmation number I have nobody recognizes trying to get the third-party information to get the voucher. It says I need nobody knows about a voucher all the phone numbers I call all automated systems Ridiculous
