Priceline put me in an area that I did not even select & said no refund
I can't believe it. I used the bid function and checked the areas that I wanted to stay it. When I bid, up popped the hotel in an area that I didn't even select. It was a slummy area. When I called, they said I had to pay the fine, which was the entire amount ($125). If I booked another room, then the fine would go down to $62.50. Why should I have to pay for their error? They wouldn't help me and was willing to lose a long time customer. Bye bye forever Priceline. You lost me as a customer. Don't use Priceline. Go somewhere else.

I did my bid for Meridian Mississippi. They made a mistake "Nothing on my end wrong". They put me in the slums of Mississippi about 60 miles from my destination. They refused to change me are refund my money. I learned nothing on priceline is a good deal. I will never use them again. The people on the phone were so rude and no one spoke good English.One person told me "sorry,nothing to do" WTH. I cant believe all the business they get not to at least hire someone who speaks English. This was the sorriest service ever. DONT USE NAME YOUR PRICE BECAUSE IT CAN PUT YOU IN ANY AREA.Janine Raike

Priceline is a ripoff
I was trusting this site when I was strolling along looking for a reliable hotel for me and my eight month old son. I found one on the site with a beautiful pool and a "king size bed". LIES!!! I go to my room and first thing I see is a woman and a man chasing this dude expressing their frustration in him stealing and him running through the woods. The next time I came out a woman had a knife on this lady in the side in the parking lot. All I could tell my son is I was sorry but it was paid for. I go in take a shower. Guess what I spot? A little friend... I don't do the roaches but, the man tried to look at me as if it was mine when it came running from under the TV and I was only in there twenty mins. No remote... Pool covered with leaves on the top of it. I complained and he moved me to another room. I had to take my son on a date so, I left. I came back and walked in the room. Smell of period blood,one fly, and two nants. I can't stand them. One plug was blowed and I went to plug my light in with the light off. When I finally turned it on, it was sitting in a blood spot and it was on the bottom part of the bed as well. Then the shower never went down all the way and I couldn't hardly touch nothing and couldn't even eat in the room. I hate priceline!!!

Hotel Booking Review
Booked a 3 star hotel to take a break on a long trip to relax and take a nice hot shower. The ramada inn in Greensburg pa was horrible. Dirty rugs. Scratched surfaces and peeling paint. I've done 3 star by other online services and never saw anything like this. If this is 3 stars what could 1star be like? But no refund or apology.

There are three couples traveling together. When we booked our vacation to Hawaii we were advised they were having a promotion and we would receive up to 4 nights free hotel up to $320.00/ $80.00 per night. The coupon codes would be received three weeks prior to our cruise. I called back, after thinking about it to see if we would be guaranteed a room in the same hotel. I was told "yes" by three different people from Priceline during three different conversations . Now that the coupon codes have been received, upon following the instructions I received in the past, I called, only to be advised there is no way for them to guarantee us the same hotel. Furthermore, I dealt with a condescending employee/supervisor who tried to blame me for not asking the right questions about the promotion. I suggested that when couples were booking travel together, they might want to advise that the promotion does not guarantee they would be in the same hotel. His response..." We would have no way to know that the people would want to be together, just because they are traveling together. They may want to be in a different hotel so why would we mention that." After 3 hours of going around and around, I did give up as my head was pounding and I was sick to my stomach from being basically advised that it was our fault. All I can say is buyer beware.

My sister booked me a flight and car through Priceline. This morning I found out I should not drive due to cataracts. My flight is in a week. Well, that is just my tough luck. They will not refund any part of the $300. Yes, they had it in the small print, but that is not something I expect from a reputable company. That's nearly a month of groceries. That's how they pay William Shatner to do so many commercials. Please warn everyone you know. Please learn from my mistake. Do not use Priceline. Do not use Priceline. DO NOT USE PRICELINE.

We found out that priceline charged more than the hotel did and called the customer service to cancel the reservation. The customer service was very rude and they called the hotel to adjust the price up. Surprisingly, the big company like Priceline does not have the complain number and no google review,Which is the reason why they do what ever they want. I feel so shame about it and advise the people do not use it anymore. It is a dark company and avoid at all cost. You have no place to tell the truth.The customer service's employee id is 5260313 and she makes me feel I was ripped off with not choice
Condescending, Shaming Customer Service Associate | Priceline review
Today I booked what appeared to be a decent hotel room through Priceline. Of course, I was slightly taken back upon arriving, but--hey, I am young--and, up for adventure, so I decided the over-priced, seedy motel that Priceline had already made clear I would not receive a refund for would have to do. Then, the key didn't work and the men at the front desk took an hour, where they hardly displayed communication skills, to make it accessible. Naturally, I was a bit exhausted and frustrated at this point, but--more than that--I was concerned about other young, single, women experiencing a similar event without warning (this could be an unsafe place, ladies--which was made more clear by the group of protesters crawling the hotels in the area trying to get the managers to keep unsafe or hazardous activities from taking place). I expressed my concerns to the Priceline Customer Service associate with the intention of providing some forewarning for future female-bodied folx who want to tour down the Pacific Coast Highway on their own. The Customer Service Associate put me on hold to call the hotel and make fun of me to the front desk person (who I spoke with afterwards), and then proceeded to repeat key words to me with an emphasis on their inability to actually do anything, and isn't the hotel more correct than you are. Basically, the associate hadn't and couldn't master decent listening skills. It's simple, sir, repeat back the language I am using so that I feel heard, then apologize. Now, let me be more clear, in case that associate wasn't the only one who can't understand elementary to middle school grade level vocabulary: the motel is seedy, I was okay with that. I was not okay that Priceline mis-advertised, shamed my feelings of lack of safety, called the hotel to mock my experience, told me there was nothing they could do but the script says "again, we are so sorry about that" (so, on repeat--it must soothe me, right?), and then called my cell phone back to leave a condescending voicemail regarding the service provided to me. The only service you actually provide customers, Priceline, is the exact things the people in this neighborhood were protesting.
