Agents dont speak proper English. Booked my trip with the wrong name, email, and dates.
But some how they manage to get my card information correct enough to charge me. The agent put the wrong days in and I got hit with a no show.on the day that we did book, I find out that theres no reservation, I was in tears so they all of a sudden got a cancellation to a room that I had to pay for. So now Ive paid for two rooms for nothing. Neither company wants to take the blame and they tried to put it back on me.
I never received a confirmation number and I cant get anyone on the phone. I work hard for my money yet it was taken away at the fault of the company and they wont refund me. The hotel (Dunes village of myrtle beach took the money but blaMe price line because they made the error.) when I call Priceline I get booking. Its like a never ending circle.
I just want my money back. Someone please help me

The online site states this motel is within 3 miles of Syracuse International Airport -1.3 miles. That is NOT true, it is 6 miles away.
I have a departure time of 6AM on June 28th. I have NO time for extra mileage. This false advertising- as it never stated the actual address until after I had paid for it. Another RR Inn,in Syracuse shows the ADDRESS at the time of booking.
I know there is NO refund and the problem *** me off.
I want to know what company is responsible for not putting the actual address on the site instead of not showing it until they have the $$. This problem should NOT fall under the original info.

I haven’t received an cancellation confirmation email, and no one has contacted me from Priceline. The customer service representative said that she shared my case with her manager and the manager was going to care for me.
Called Priceline, customer representative reviewed cancellation policy, says okay!.. your refund will be applied back to your card in 24hrs. That was February 21st. Today is February 25th.
No refund, no confirmation email saying the refund has been given. Called customer service and requested email while on the phone? Nothing. Request to speak with customer service supervisor, hung up in my face.
Call back, sent to an automated message stating that I will receive a call back. Meanwhile, Im on vacation, $700 being held up by a service provider who is supposed to be here to make travelers feel comfortable and secure in their travels. But not Priceline.
Im a member of a Facebook singles travel group, and Im going to be sure to share this experiences with everyone in my group. I promise you that?

Credit card erroneously charged
I will only explain this one more time. My husband had to go to the Medical University of South Carolina for a medical procedure for bladder cancer that could not be done where we live.
He booked a room at the Holiday Inn Riverview in Charleston, SC. He was quoted a price which he wrote down of $143.00 and a confirmation number of 2465**** and was told he would receive an email with this information which he never received. When we checked out the next morning, we were told that we booked through Priceline and we would get a receipt from them which also never happened. Then we received our Mastercard bill and realized we had been charged $259.76.
When I began questioning this, nobody seemed to know anything about the confirmation number or about the quoted $143.00. I know he did not pull any of this out of thin air. Now they have sent an invoice saying the room was $189.00 plus all these fees. I called the hotel and they told me that they had billed us $163.54 which I guess was the $143.00 plus any taxes and fees.
The rest I don't know. I am willing to pay the $163.54 plus the hotel booking service fee of $14.99. This total is $178.53, which leaves $81.23 unaccounted for.
I have begun a dispute through Mastercard because this was totally unprofessional and I promise you will NEVER happen again. We will be booking our own reservations and seeing the receipt before leaving the hotel.
User's recommendation: If you don't get a confirmation email, just cancel and bookreservations yourself.

Priceline has literally stolen money from me after requesting a legitimate refund and refuses to refund my money or provide a confirmation for cancellation email. After cancellation of a rental car because my flight was changed.
Priceline promise a 24 hr refund. That was February 21st. I called Priceline today February 25th because I have not received an email confirmation w/a number or a refund. And I wanted to request an email while on the phone to ensure the email address was correct, and to ensure I finally get the email.
The representative continued to try to tell me that it would be sent, then lied and , pretending to no longer hear me on the phone and then hung up in my face. I tried calling back and my phone number is blocked and send to a voice messaging system. Im on vacation with my teenage daughter. This isnt professional nor is it morally right!
Priceline is not a business to do business with while traveling. Im a living witness.
Even this site request proof of purchase. How can I provide proof if I never received it from the company?
