Hotel Cancelation

The hotel wanted a deposit after I paid Priceline for the room and when I didn't have the 200 Dollar deposit the hotel wouldn't give me a room. So I got charged and my money still isn't back on my card.none

Horrible Hotel

Priceline - Horrible Hotel
Priceline rated this hotel at 2 1/2 stars. It would be lucky to have 1 star. The hotel was not clean. Both of us got food poisoning from the breakfast. The Tennessee health investigator should visit the place. Priceline did nothing to resolve the problem.

Priceline canceled my flight after telling me the airline did. When I called the airlines (two different times for the same trip), I learned that Priceline had canceled the trip. Who knows why? I

I spent hours (logged time) on the phone with priceline staff, many of which were WAITING for someone and also told "someone from Priceline will be calling you back between these two hours" and I would wait and nobody did. In the end, I called the airline and made my reservations for the return flight with NO PROBLEM. I have been telling people to NOT USE PRICELINE and what an aggravation it was as this began in February. I just completed my trip Monday of THIS week.

Rude Represenative

Hello,

I booked a flight through priceline. Two days before my flight I called because I had no email communication from priceline.

The Representative named Juan who I spoke to on 6/8/2022. Was extremely rude to me. He said it was my job to find out if my flight was cancelled. He did not care at all that I would have to find another flight.

I asked him to refund me. He said he would. I asked for a confirmation that a refund was in process. He said he would send it.

I said since I did not get any communication from priceline previous what should I do if I don't get an email. He said then call back and speak to someone else. So I never got the email and called today and he did not process my refund.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I will not use priceline and will let others know this is how you treat your customers.

Refund

Priceline - Refund
Ongoing problems with priceline.com representatives. Unwillingness to honor "pricematch" guarantee. Lack of competence to change flight schedules. Most recently, told me to contact American Airlines to change ticket. Only to find out that cannot change the ticket, because priceline.com had a hold/block even though American Airlines was willing to make the change.... etc. I can go on, but waste of time. I hope someone sees this & thinks twice before booking with priceline.com in the future. Buyer beware.
