Priceline canceled my flight after telling me the airline did. When I called the airlines (two different times for the same trip), I learned that Priceline had canceled the trip. Who knows why? I

Hello,
I booked a flight through priceline. Two days before my flight I called because I had no email communication from priceline.
The Representative named Juan who I spoke to on 6/8/2022. Was extremely rude to me. He said it was my job to find out if my flight was cancelled. He did not care at all that I would have to find another flight.
I asked him to refund me. He said he would. I asked for a confirmation that a refund was in process. He said he would send it.
I said since I did not get any communication from priceline previous what should I do if I don't get an email. He said then call back and speak to someone else. So I never got the email and called today and he did not process my refund.
This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I will not use priceline and will let others know this is how you treat your customers.
