I have been a Priceline customer for over 10 years and was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service home today.
My husband and I booked to simultaneous trips today through Pricelines bundled service. The package included a hotel, car rental, and flight.
When we arrived in Fort Lauderdale, we learned that my rental car had to be picked up in West Palm Beach!
Over an hour away!
My husbands car rental had to be picked up 15 minutes away and the rental car center wanted a $2500 deposit for a Toyota!
Totally shady!
I called Priceline twice and escalated my call to a manager and chatted with a stupid robot in their texting app for 4 1/2 hours with no success on getting any type of refund or other accommodation for their errors. I will never use them again!

They said it would be resolved in 3-5 business days. It’s now been 10 business days and no responses to my inquiries.
4 months later I received that exact amount of $107.70 that was due Priceline. Don't know why I had to prove to Priceline that the payments were coming, when my tickets clearly showed that I did not get my seats. I told them my contract is with Priceline not American Airlines. I have been calling ever 5 to 10 business days for almost a year (11 months) to receive the balance of my seat charges, which was Priceline's profits without success.
They have lied to me that they are processing the check and it never comes. They have lied to me that they will follow up by e-mail on the progress of my refund, saying they will follow up in 3 days and no response in 3 weeks. Priceline has lied to me that they will have a Manager call me since the supervisors can do nothing more than escalate it to the Accounting Department, for which they will not let me talk to.
Priceline has essentially have stolen my money to keep their unearned profits and have acted in my opinion in a Fraudulent manner. I will never use them again and advise others to avoid them at all costs!
User's recommendation: I took a flight to Mexico in the beginning of November 2022 and did not receive the seat up grades that I purchased due to my disability for $150.80. So upon my return I requested a refund and proved within four days that American Airlines was refunding the money to Price line for what Priceline paid them. 4 months later I received that exact amount of $107.70 that was due Priceline. I recently rented a Thrifty car through Priceline. Our flight was cancelled until the next day due to a mechanical issue and when I called Thrifty to change my rental car pickup they said I had to go through Priceline since I booked it through them.
That is where the real run around started. Priceline said they could not do anything since it was within 48 hours of the rental date and time. I was transfer to another person and during the transfer my call was dropped. I called back and the next person I talked to told me I needed to talk to Thrifty when I picked up the car, just the opposite of what Thrifty told me.
It appeared to me since I prepayed for the car there was nothing anybody could do. This was extremely frustrating. I did go to Thrifty when we finally got to our destination (Reno, NV) and they did give me a car but could not refund my anthing for the previous day missed when our flight was cancelled. Priceline was terrible to work with and there was no consisency to what each agent told me.
I will never prepay again and probably never use Priceline again.
This process should not have to be so difficult. It was not our fault the flight was cancelled yet we were treated like it was.

I booked two Hotel Rooms through Priceline Total Charged: $1545.88 Priceline Trip Number: 415-***-***-** , The Hotel is in Dubai it stated that it is a 5 star Hotel But its not , Immediately after I booked the Hotel I read online about the low rating and complains about the hotel I called priceline and they refused to cancel my booking they said i will lose all the money and they refused to cancel, the hotel refused to cancel as well as I booked through priceline . I got to the Hotel as I did not have any other money to book another hotel, Am at the Hotel I do not want to stay here its not good for my health, It is not the 5 star hotel that I saw the pictures on the priceline website , Priceline refused to refund and cancel the booking.
I am staying there today but I will have to look for another Hotel to stay as this is bad,
I thought Priceline was a respectable company.
This Hotel that your advertising on your website as a five star Hotel is a fraudulent representation and am surprised by this claim by priceline. This is not a 5 star or 4 star Hotel and you are scamming people with the 5 star claim am there right now I will spend a night here but will leave tomorrow please return my money, Am also copying the CT attorney General cause I feel cheated and scammed by believing your ratings

Trip Number 126******** reservation was cancelled.
That is contrary to the agent who confirmed the booking was not acknowledged by the hotel as I originally contacted to immediately cancel only minutes after. And they has no record of the reservation.
Why would you agent say the reservation was cancelled ?
Never was I told that there was going to be a review or investigation.
I travel and stay away every other week.
This response is absolutely in contrary to your agent . I will be posting this message along with your response on every single media I can and consider the Hotel reservation as severance to never doing business with Priceline and warn others that your Word means nothing!

I contracted With this van line to move me from Springfield IL to Fredericksburg Va. Though they promised a good price, they ended up costing me considerably more as they contract with other movers without telling the consumer.
These trucking firms add additional conditions including being paid by PayPal or other 3rd party. These truck lines are quick to add that they dont take direction from Priceline.
When I contacted Priceline for a refund due to not honoring the original terms of their agreement, they claimed that I cancelled thus forfeiting my deposit of 1100 dollars! When I challenged their statement that I cancelled requesting to see my cancellation in writing, they acknowledged that I had not cancelled in writing. In fact, I hadnt canceled though I informed the contract driver that I would not open a PayPal account to pay him offering him a check or credit card.
I continue to THIS DAY seeking the refund of my deposit to no avail.
I have complained to FCSMA and the Fla AG as this is where Priceline is based. I have heard nothing.

This Hotel is dangers, causing health problems do to the Carpet Flooring is soaked with pesticide
what may can lead to cancer.
We had problems breath during the stay and the next day, had swollen lips and tongue
Broken Sink, we haven't been able to wash or brush teeth
We booked for 2 people, only 1 towel was provided
Mud falling off from wall
Broken Furniture what can hurt you and so much more
This Hotel should be inspected by the authorities !!
You can find this Hotel only at your Platform, nowhere else, ist Priceline responsible ??
I will report this hotel to the authorities
And what is bad on top of all this, PRICELINE doesn't even give you a option to review this hotel
avoiding the truth from potential new victims - this is horrifying !!!
