Priceline said I had to contact booking.com, which I did. Booking.con said they contacted Days Inn Fort Lauderdale who responded that they don’t offer the airport shuttle due to COVID. My beef is that Days Inn Fort Lauderdale website says they offer the airport shuttle...
We selected it based on the need for an overnight during a flight layover, so primary concern was the free airport shuttle. The hotel website listed this as an existing amenity. When our flight arrived, I called the hotel to get the shuttle, and they told me they no longer had the shuttle due to COVID. We had to take a taxi to and from the hotel at our own expense ($55) and the hotel quality was horrible.
It was not cleaned well and the trash had not been emptied, the 2 lights did not work, there was standing water on the bathroom floor, and the free breakfast was a bag with a granola bar, 2 cookies and a baby juice box. The neighborhood was not good and did not feel safe.
I Would like a refund for the price of the hotel and taxi and I would request that you remove this hotel from your program. Do not send paying guests here.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was notified via email that I would receive a one time refund and the money was deposited into my account. No explanation but I’m happy and will never do business with them again.
I'm out of almost 300.00 bucks, even after calling thar same day to cancel, I was told I couldn't get a refund, and because I cancelled I can't get another room either, call the hotel which reservationshould was made, they couldn't tell me anything because I use priceline. Nour agent told me there was no refund if cancel, and agent I speak to told me rudely you just not getting your money back, nor can keep the room get another hotel, and that's just how it is. If I call the 800 number, I gethink confirm about the reservation using my home phone number, but any other details account is not in my hands, no order number, hotel confirmation number or nothing, and I called that same day, and everyday since to make corrections to my email account so that I could receive confirmation/ or cancellation but I haven't till this day, all I can say is I lost close to 300.00 bucks, for a one night stay which I can't do and couldn't afford to lose.
This sadden me never but again. Stay
Away I don't even have nothing to show proof of purchase with because there is not one nor did I ever receive one.

I would have to say that trying to book to airline tickets with on your website has been the worst experience I have ever had and your customer service reps are the worst. Im trying to book two tickets and the website is saying to skip the baggage part because its unavailable and when I called C/S, I transferred to Booking.COM and that person wouldnt help me and he hung up on me and when I called back and asked to the automated service to speak with customer service rep, it hung up on me too. I will think long and hard about using Priceline again for my travel needs and I have a hotel reservation booked through that I might cancel and also my Priceline credit card.

I haven’t been contacted back after Priceline said they would within 3 days to update me on the status of my problem with the car rental company.

Weve checked into the Royalton splash in Punta Cana on 6/21/22. Upon our arrival at the resort, we had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby because our room wasnt ready yet.
After finally entering the room it was filthy!! The whole resort had 3 or 4 cleaning ladies. The swimming pools were dirty and filled with trash, the room service wouldnt answer the phone 9/10 times, trying to get bottled waters was a challenge and the worst part is, after contacting Priceline the first day upon arrival at the resort and asking them to change the resort, theyve refused and offered us a 20% off the next vacation!
Royalton splash was filthy and a serious health risk but Priceline wouldnt do anything to help!! I will never use Priceline ever again!!

I would never use any 3rd party booking service. Always deal with the brand directly. And, I am surprised to hear about the poor conditions of your resort since they have such great reviews online.
