I booked a room in Jonesboro AR using Priceline.com at $92.48 per night online. They guaranteed that price to be the lowest price available. When we checked out, the hotel handed me the receipt for $69.49 per room. This was the price the hotel billed Priceline. I spoke with Priceline for an hour on the phone but the would not agree to a credit. I spoke to the manager of the hotel and she said anyone walking in off the street could book the room for the $69 rate. Priceline is not responsive, I was on hold for over forty minutes and they are terrible at customer service. They also charged my a higher local tax rate than they were billed which is a type of tax fraud to the state of AR. I will never use or recommend Priceline again.

Priceline suggested Frontier Airlines as a cheap alternative yet they failed to inform us of a "seat fee" or that carry ons cost $40 each. After paying all these hidden charges, we could have flown on a DESCENT airline for less cost. Priceline sucks for using Frontier. What a ripoff.

Booked two rooms with priceline. Went to change departure date to 1 day earlier than booked (3 nights instead of 4). The customer service agent said I would be charged the entire booking price as a cancelation fee. Priceline says it's the hotel. When I walked down and spoke to the hotel they said it's priceline. Each one points the finger at the other. Online chatted with agent who just said "sorry we cant resolve the problem" and disconnected. Amazing. It's like getting hung up on by a customer service agent on the phone. So rude. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Priceline makes Comcast look like an all star.

Priceline - Flight Booking Review

My flight got canceled due to weather conditions. My mom's flight did not get canceled. I called Priceline explain to them the situation. They did not care and wouldn't do anything to help me out. I ask them to add her name to my car rental because I will not be getting into the airport until 10 PM the same day my moms getting there at 9 AM. They hung up on me they wouldn't give me a refund they wouldn't call the car rental they wouldn't do anything . They could care less that my mom is stranded at the airport. This is a horrible company with really horrible employees working for it! I will never recommend anyone to use them and I will always say to not use them because of the way that he handled the situations with their customers.

This company is at the top of *** companies. Asking my lawyer to steer me in the right direction to help hard working people get their money back. I understand paying a fee for cancellations but you get nothing from this pathetic company. But when you call weeks in advanced with true life changes and you get nothing reversed?? They're mobsters period. *** Priceline. I've been in the hotel business over 20 years. You can always make a wrong right. But Priceline has zero customer service and only cares about scamming every last penny from you! I'm out $600 with no refund for hotel and flight. Whatever you do, tell everyone to steer clear of Priceline. They're not in it for service. They're in it for taking your money.

Priceline is rubbish twice tried booking flights for the same trip ... I needed to get flights booked ASAP for May 27 - June 4 ... First fail confirmation had me booked for May 30 - June 8 ... hit cancel, guess what, didn't cancel. Tried contacting them after I realized this and got a run around and a lot of lost time on hold ... tried to book again, same dates, ended up with May 26 - June 4. Called repeatedly, after being hung up on was told they both showed as cancelled and that my funds should be available back on the card I paid with. I tried calling back using either trip code and phone# and the recording said it didn't recognize them so I could never get through ... Still waiting for funds to be credited back to my account!!! ... Buyer beware!!! Total ripoff!!! *** customer service, *** mobile site, will not fix their own messes!!

Absolutly terrible customer service! Booked flight plus rental car via Priceline. Flight was delayed. I called the rental car company to inform of my delay. They were unable to help due to reservation had been made by Priceline. I contacted Priceline and was delivered the worst customer service. Agent did not speak to me with any common sense. More or less like a robot. No matter what she was not going to assist. Her only answer was, "Sorry. I cannot help you with this." This is unacceptable.

I booked a return ticket with priceline from Uganda to Spain. First the airline reference number did not work and I eventually sorted this out myself by going to the airline. With my return date looming my husband was taken seriously ill and hospitalised. I contacted the 'chat' on the web site. Not sure whether she was an android or a non English speaker. As she could not help me she suggested I phoned the toll free number in the USA. i explained numerous times that I could not do this from the UK. I emailed the company to change or even cancel my ticket. I received an automated reply with the promise of a reply in 12 hours...........Im still waiting. Great when things go smoothly BUT life is not like that and I would never use this company again.

Flight Rebook Ripoff | Priceline review

I am a twenty-year employee of a transportation company who deals with scores of customers face-to-face every week. I lost six hundred dollars to a representative of Priceline.com who made shameless and intentional use of the combination of a poor cellphone connection and his rapid and accented English to execute a bait-and-switch on me when I needed a flight to be rebooked, charging me for a $1000 ticket with $400 in unnecessary change fees, when I had specifically requested half that price, and he could easily have provided it. When I called only a few hours later and pleaded for the mistake to be corrected, I was told, “We cannot correct the ticket any more, sir.” I have learned my lesson, and so will everyone I speak to on this subject for the forseeable future. I will take shameless advantage of my own position (legally, truthfully and in a way they can do nothing to prevent), and spend however long it takes to make certain Priceline.com loses many thousands of dollars in business due to customers who I have warned away from them.
