I booked a hotel room through Priceline, they automatically charge my credit card gave me a confirmation number and when I got to my hotel the front deal person at the hotel said that his confirmation number did not match up mine and that he had already closed communications with Priceline for the day. So I was unable to get my reserved room and now I am having trouble with price line refunding me My money! It has been over 2 weeks! Yes i have contacted them and after being on the phone for over 2 hours they said they would take care of it which was a lie! I still Hart not gotten my money back!!!

We made a hotel reservation and got there and they had no rooms. Priceline over booked the hotel by 38 rooms. They could not find us another room. We search for 3 hours and could not find another room within 150 miles. The hotel said they had tried calling priceline all day and they would notanswer the phone and when they did they never even apologized for the issue they had caused. We ended up sldeping in our car and priceline compensated us $10.

Priceline won't refund unused collision insurance

Renting a car through priceline and had to change my original rental plan (Aug 31 - Sep 7th). Called priceline to change the plan (Aug 31 - Sep 5)but the representative said I need to call the rental company (dollar rental) directly to change. So, I made a change through the dollar rental. And I also wanted to change the collision insurance. I called priceline 3 times to check if I could get the refund for the changed period of my rental car, which is 2 days ($22 for insurance) Customer representative and manager just keep saying that they will not refund the unused insurance because the change was made through the dollar rental directly. Again, the representative insisted me to call the rental company directly to make a change. I'm so pissed not because I'm not getting my UNUSED insurance money but because of the attitude of representative and customer care manager. I've been a long time customer but I'm *** never going to come back to priceline because of customer service people. If this is how the company treat your long time customer, I don't think prcieline will last that long.

Ditching priceline!

After using Priceline for many years....we are out! We booked a 4 star express deal in Vegas. After the confirmation came through, we not only realized there is a Trump Hotel in Vegas, but that we were assigned to that Hotel!! Whoops, bummer. After failed requests to change hotels....any hotel would have been ok....and explanations to Priceline that we will not set foot in or on a Trump property, we have given up. We understand the rules of the "express deal", but we called immediately after booking to explain there is a problem to no benefit, as we were denied twice ......Bye Bye Priceline. You are deleted!

I paid $592.00 in Booking a 4-star hotel for 2 nights 8/22-24/2017. Priceline site where they claim you got a 4-star hotel after the booking. The hotel is R...... Hotel & Spa,...... Southwest ...... ...... Portland, OR. (Confirmation # 59927SB045661) As it supposed to be a 4 stars hotel, I was surprised and disturbed as soon as I was by the hotel entrance because I realized how it is dirty, and the hotel is about a dirty building. R...... Hotel & Spa is not considered even 2-stars hotel but a 1-star motel. However, I started taking pictures to show the unloyalty of the Priceline. First of all, I was told by the reception "Steve" while I was checking in "I am sorry we are poked, and I am sure that you made your reservation through Price line. However, I am going to give you the last room on the first floor with upgrade". I asked for another room instead of being on the first floor. He repeatedly said: " I am sorry as I said we are poked and this the only room in the hotel." However, when I got to the room I found it extremely dirty ( there are pictures) There were spiders along with their webs on the inside of the room located on ( room door, the windows, and the wall corners over the bed, and behind the drawer next to the bed). Also, there were at least 3 flies flying in the room. The carpet also is dirty, and dust all over the desk, the tables, and the whole furniture as if this room has not been entered/used forever. Just to mention that the clock by the bed was not just un plugged, but its wire is broken. Importantly, When I contacted Priceline costs more service via the chat because there is NO PHONE SIGNAL IN THE ROOM, I was told by Kelly after contacting the hotel: "Thank you for patiently waiting, Najla. I spoke with Steve at the Front Desk and I told him about your issue but they are not providing any sort of refund or compensation as he told me the they have given you already a complimentary upgrade. I understand that this might be frustrating for you and thank you for letting us know about your stay. Customer satisfaction is definitely considered when we evaluate our partnership with hotels and your feedback has been valuable and has been documented. I am so sorry about this, Najla. I wish I can sort this out for you but the hotel won't provide any compensation or move you into another room. When it comes to hotel properties alone, we can assure you that we assess each of our hotel partners on many different criteria, including cleanliness, guest satisfaction, decor, etc. In fact our hotel ratings, in most cases, are actually stricter than other national rating companies.I suggest that you talk to their Manager and if they agree to provide a refund, have them contact us directly to authorize a the refund". Then he said:"As a gesture of goodwill, I will send you an email that contains a coupon code for 5% off your next Express Deal Hotel reservation. Please check your email for directions on how to use this coupon. I'll be sending it to najla....". (Copy from the chat before the person finished the chat) Honestly, $592.00 for 2 nights as an international student traveling from another state to attend the Autism conference out of my pocket it is a big loss to stay in such a filthy hotel as R...... Hotel & Spa that considered as 4-stars hotel. Priceline, it is a shame to get money over people who trusted your service while you are disloyal in your deals. FYI. %5 coupon does not solve the issue. First of all, I might get sick while stuck in all these germs. Secondly and the most important, I would never look for 2 Stars Hotels period. SHAME ON YOU PRICELINE.

I booked a motel and canceled my reservations within minutes of booking the motel because of the reviews of the motel that was booked. Priceline guaranteed a full refund because I canceled within the 72 hour cancellation period. Priceline debited my account again instead of refunded the account. I tried to speak with the Customer Service Department for Priceline and couldn't get anyone from the US and could barely understand anyone that got on the phone. I tried to explain to the CSR what happened and she refused to take responsibility for the error made. I decided to call three way with my bank and allow the Bank Rep to explain to Priceline what happened. Priceline still refused to credit the now two transactions. You can get no results from CS at Priceline they will not transfer you to anyone in the US and will take no responsibility when an error was clearly made on their end. I am now having to dispute the charges and wait on my bank to investigate before being able to receive my money. I will never book through Priceline again. If you have a problem you will never get the problem resolved going through this company. This is the rudest Customer Service I have ever dealt with and will never admit to any wrong doings.

Priceline.com and Booking.com offer one thing, sale another

I have had 2 very bad experiences with these 2 sites. Very similar. I ask for one kind of room, they give a different one, switch in the moment and besides they do not want to cancel. First time, it happened with booking.com. I asked for a reservation for 2 beds ( I have 2 kids, so that, it is impossible to sleep 4 people in one bed and be restful) I just spent one hour with Priceline.com trying to correct a reservation where they offered 2 queen beds in a room and they said that I need to call tomorrow if I want to cancel. They accept that it was their mistake but only say" " I am sorry there are no rooms with two beds, but you can not cancel until tomorrow that you speak with a supervisor". You know, it is just frustrating. I have been Expedia customer for loooonnngg time with good experiences, so that, I just can't understand the way these other sites are not capable to be professional, honest and serious.

Ultimate consumer SCAM. Have used in past with positive results, but today they totally scammed me. Bid on Name-Your-Own-Price, and was given a hotel that costs less than I bid. They accepted my bid anyway, and then under no circumstances were willing to give a refund because I had "clicked the box" of the contact which stated no refunds. I pointed out the "Contract" also does not disclose that you might "win" a bid for a hotel that actually costs less! They didn't care that I was a past customer. They CANNOT BE TRUSTED! DON"T USE PRICELINE.COM!! Totally deceptive business practices. I had no idea this could happen with a company I trusted in the past.

Didn't listen to what we asked for | Priceline review

We asked for a hotel near Great America, CA that could sleep 3 adults and a free continental breakfast. About a week before the trip I realized our itinerary stated the room slept 2 so I called priceline then the hotel to change that and thankfully we got a room with a pull out couch for the 3rd person. However, after our day at the theme park we arrived at the hotel and we found out that there was no continental breakfast. What the ***?? Not using princeline every again! I'm so upset with this company, how can they still be in business? I'm also not sure why I need to write at least 100 words here, thought my complaint was pretty simple...they suck.

Stranded at 130am | Priceline review

Buyer beware! We booked a room through priceline at 1pm. After a day of travel, checked in at midnight. We were given a used room, dirty towels on sink, trash in cans and on used bed, dirty face cloths and soap in shower. Hotel told us they had no other rooms available and no cleaning night staff. We contacted priceline, now at 1220am. The representative said all they could do is refund, leaving us with no room and no way to book another online since it was technically the next day. I spoke with a senior agent who told me they couldn't move us to another hotel or even book us over the phone. I spoke to her supervisor, Alex ID#5260151, who basically hinted at good luck getting another room since now it was nearing 130am. I am in shock that there is neither a penalty for a hotel that can not accommodate a guest with a reservation, nor a way for priceline to accommodate a guest left without a room. I am just thankful that we were 2 adults and not a family with young children traveling. We will NEVER book through them again and am sending a complaint to BBB. This is just BAD BUSINESS.
