Extremely annoyed VIP member ready to leave Priceline for good

Two back to back horrible horrible horrible experiences with hotels recommended to me by Priceline associates impossible to speak to anyone spend most of my time on hold and I get to somebody Im transferred and disconnected Im extremely annoyed Im ready to be Priceline forgot you can check my Priceline bookings over the last year and a half multiple multiple offer at least 100 if this is not resolved Any timely manner Im going to start to post on every website I can about Priceline and your accountability for hotels that you sent people to

Charges to my card

There was a charge for $98.97 on my credit card. I do not use Priceline and I never will. I want my money put back on my card, and I don't want anything to do with Priceline.

Upset costumer

I booked a room at the Hilton hotel in Austin for July 19 arrival and as we got there there was no reservation to be found they called you guys and no reservation was found and I just got an alert on my phone that I actually have a reservation at that hotel this evening a month later so something happened that our reservation got stuck on a month later I paid $190 for the room plus of course the fees and gray your customer service says they will not refund or credit or change or do anything my family members include 40+ people who travel extensively if this is going to be your position of not honoring the problem it was made by you guys then I will guarantee you that none of my family or myself will ever use your service again there are other services out there that are not going to treat us that way. I recently contacted Priceline knowing they have a policy of no refunds. I understand this is to prevent people from just cancelling rooms but I was sold this under false expectations! When I book a room amenities are my number one items! The amenities where false. The pool at this location has been closed for months they need to updates this saying there is no pool. This is false advertising and I want a refund. I reached out to them over 5 times and not once did a receive a call or email about his issue. Horrible customer service!

I want a refund and an explanation from Priceline. Last Thursday morning I was in a car accident on the way to the airport.

I was suppose to be on a flight at 9:45am from Omaha to Dallas then to Amarillo Texas. I told the Priceline guy what had happened. He told me there was nothing he could do for me. I said I purchased the insurance and he said it doesnt matter.

If Im going to miss my flight insurance is void and I have to purchase another ticket. I said can I go to the airport and go stand by. He said no it doesnt work like that. So needless to say I was very upset.

I had to get another hotel, car spend money on food and get another ticket. Only to find out the next day from American Airlines that my 9:45 flight was delayed till after 3pm. He could have told me that. And I could have saved myself $1300.

He did not even check. There for I wAnt Priceline to reimburse me for my flights.

After being on a call with Priceline to change my September 18 2021 from a 10:30pm flight to 9;15am. I had to speak with a Supervisor as well as a Manager and the Manager honored the request and had to Supervisor contact delta and make the changes. User's recommendation: after a Manager approve a request it should be the responsibility of the manager to make sure the request is honored. The changes was not made by the supervisor and no call back from manage to confirm.
