Priceline told me they cancelled the interarry but did not.

I reserved a room last night for the wrong date, so I called Priceline and was talking to a gentleman who was going to switch my reservation dates to the date I needed . Which was last night.
Well then a woman gets on the phone with an attitude and was very disrespectful to me and just cancelled my whole reservation without even trying to help me so now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for my money back on my card. This is not acceptable for me or my situation and I need a hotel tonight and I would like to speak to a supervisor about getting me into a room I should have somewhere to sleep tonight with my children because I had the money to be able to do this but you guys took it from me without my permission and now I have to wait. I know there is a way the customer care representative to put me in a room cuz all of this was their fault and I don't have the resources or time to be able to wait 7 to 10 days for my OWN money.. I am very upset with how I was treated last night as well I was on the phone for over an hour being told that my problem was being fixed and I would have my room that I spent $108 , just to find out that she ended up canceling my reservation WITHOUT my permission and she was so very disrespectful and hung up the phone on me.
Ive been trying for OVER 5 hours to get this fixed. I am a loyal dedicated customer, my family used priceline all the time I am not happy with the services I received at all and I'm not happy that I am not able to get my own dang money back , for a long time When I need a room tonight i have my kids with me and this needs to be fixed ASAP my phone number is 865 208 **** and I would appreciate if a supervisor would please get back to me about this situation I should not be in because I had money last night for a room and was basically lied to, the reservation number is under my wife's phone number which is 224 267 **** if you would like to look up the reservation which is under that number.
And it was cancelled without my permission!!! But I need this resolved as soon as possible because I am out of town and that was all the money I had that you guys basically took from me instead of getting my room for me

To see if I can change the beds ? I booked a king but I need 2 queens
They want book my flight and use my voucher . They hsng up on you.
