Change of Flight Destination (Departure Information)

I started requesting for a change in my flight destination using the same flight dates. I have been referred to a lot of customer care contact numbers, "Message Us" option with virtual assistant, referring us to flight support specialists, but only to have an unfinished conversations because it was always disconnected and no action was done. I am willing to pay whatever is the fare difference.

My refund

I was told that my refund would be released in one business day. Now my bank is telling me Priceline will not release it for another 1-3 days. I was on vacation with my family and booked a $65 room and when I arrived I was told I needed a $200 cash deposit to be able to check into the room I reserved and paid for. Priceline did cancel my reservation per my request but has yet to release my refund

Yes I booked a hotel Thur priceline and when I got there to the hotel they have no TV or wifi so I'm cancelling and I don't want nothing taken out if my account. Need less to say the fire Marshall was leaving and advices me it was not a safe place, due to the drugs, prostitution, fighting, and must I go on surely someone did not check this hotel before putting it on priceline web site. I was evacuating from hurricane ida and I wanted them to book me another room if possible some where else and the girl said no I asked to speak to the supervisor and she put me on hold for more thathan 2 hrs. I was robbed and im very angry

I reserved a room last night for the wrong date, so I called Priceline and was talking to a gentleman who was going to switch my reservation dates to the date I needed . Which was last night.

Well then a woman gets on the phone with an attitude and was very disrespectful to me and just cancelled my whole reservation without even trying to help me so now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for my money back on my card. This is not acceptable for me or my situation and I need a hotel tonight and I would like to speak to a supervisor about getting me into a room I should have somewhere to sleep tonight with my children because I had the money to be able to do this but you guys took it from me without my permission and now I have to wait. I know there is a way the customer care representative to put me in a room cuz all of this was their fault and I don't have the resources or time to be able to wait 7 to 10 days for my OWN money.. I am very upset with how I was treated last night as well I was on the phone for over an hour being told that my problem was being fixed and I would have my room that I spent $108 , just to find out that she ended up canceling my reservation WITHOUT my permission and she was so very disrespectful and hung up the phone on me.

Ive been trying for OVER 5 hours to get this fixed. I am a loyal dedicated customer, my family used priceline all the time I am not happy with the services I received at all and I'm not happy that I am not able to get my own dang money back , for a long time When I need a room tonight i have my kids with me and this needs to be fixed ASAP my phone number is 865 208 **** and I would appreciate if a supervisor would please get back to me about this situation I should not be in because I had money last night for a room and was basically lied to, the reservation number is under my wife's phone number which is 224 267 **** if you would like to look up the reservation which is under that number.

And it was cancelled without my permission!!! But I need this resolved as soon as possible because I am out of town and that was all the money I had that you guys basically took from me instead of getting my room for me

Trying to book a flight for two days and customer service continues to hand up in my face after keeping me on hold over an hour. I call back and its the same thing . This is so sad when you got over $ 700 in credit and cant use it because you have to go through a representative to use your voucher.

Transaction never went through but the main issue was it took me several calls to find out. Had to call air carrier direct, credit card company , s as me priceline at least 6 times before I was informed transaction never went through! Shoddy way of doing buisness
