I understand that there is No cancellation policy on my car rental but without even hearing if someone has a genuine situation to cancel the car rental or not - I literally wasted two hours today back and forth between priceline and thrifty car rental. All I was trying to say was that passes at Yosemite National Park have been sold out and nothing is available until September so there is no point for me to travel.
Within 2 hours of booking I called priceline - they asked me to call thrifty. I called thrifty - they asked me to call priceline.
All of us could have a genuine situation and I was trying to cancel my trip within less than 24 hours of booking it but no one helped me. This is really not fair.
I would really like some help here.

JUST TODAY JULY 24/2021 AT 3;30 PM TALKED WITH PAULA ( NOT WANTED GIVE HER LAST NAME TO THE COSTUMER SERVICE CREDIT CARD NIETHER TO ME) SHE REQUESTED FROM ME THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT TO CONFIRM THAT NOT REFUND WAS PROCESSED AND RETURNED TO THE MERCURY CARD
PREVIOUSLY SHE MADE A THREE CONFERENCE CALL WITH THE MERCURY COSTUMER SERVICE CREDIT CARD .THEY CONFIRMED TO HER, NOT REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT EXCEPT ONLY CHARGES EXPEDITE TO PRICELINE AND PAID (ONE FOR $764.42 AND $690.10) ON jULY,3 2021!!!!!
LATER SHE CALLED REQUESTING COPY OF MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AND GAVE TO ME A FALSE E MAIL REPEAT A FALSE E MAIL!!!!!!!!!
