Airline change my schedule

Hi I have an incoming trip to Phuket the airline change our schedule and the new flights dont work for us. I tried contacting the airline but they can't help me because i booked the trip with Priceline i need to know what options i have my reservation num Phuket - Wednesday, October 27, 2021 (Itinerary# 401-59*-413-**) We have young children and we need to schedule for family member to flight here to take care of our kids and the airline changes wont work with what we had plan. Successful resolution of problem

I had prepaid, via credit card, for services that were eventually not able to be rendered. I went to considerable lengths to explain and validate all circumstances involved yet I had a quite concerning (to me) and lengthy wait for approval of my claim for fair reimbursement. I RECEIVED THE CREDIT FOR THE FULL AMOUNT PAID TO MY ACCOUNT AND AM VERY PLEASED.

Book with voucher

Long wait. I was asked if I wanted a call back. I agree and waited patiently for someone to call me. When they called, I tried to book a reservation using my credit and trying to get the flight I wanted. I was put on hold and then hung up on. Very upset! I use Priceline all the time and recommend it to everyone, because it Im always treated good. Not happy about being hung up on and receiving no call back. Even 20 min later.

Priceline canceled two of my reservations which they have not credited before I I paid for suitcase that has not been refunded to me. When I rebooked you guys charge me a higher price for my ticket. Two days before I was to leave.you cancel my flight. All the flight that were canceled by you were still flying out that day!!So I read book another flight that I had to pay double for then you charge my card for times for the same one I have about six charges on my card that you guys are not taking care of

Ld not have to join anything or anyone for an answer to a question that I have. That is not any type of customer service!!!!

Poor customer service!! All I need is an answer to a simple question with no under selling involved. It doesn't take 100 characters to state my problem. All you are doing is making this harder for the customers so that you don't have to face/deal with any problems a customer may have. TOTAL NONSENSE!!!!

Cancel a rental car reservation made on priceline within less than 24 hours

I understand that there is No cancellation policy on my car rental but without even hearing if someone has a genuine situation to cancel the car rental or not - I literally wasted two hours today back and forth between priceline and thrifty car rental. All I was trying to say was that passes at Yosemite National Park have been sold out and nothing is available until September so there is no point for me to travel.

Within 2 hours of booking I called priceline - they asked me to call thrifty. I called thrifty - they asked me to call priceline.

All of us could have a genuine situation and I was trying to cancel my trip within less than 24 hours of booking it but no one helped me. This is really not fair.

I would really like some help here.

Cancelled flight

I guess this isnt directly Pricelines fault. But i booked a flight with American Airlines through Priceline and the flight got cancelled about an hour before the flight. Thank God American Airlines finally got back to me so i could find a new flight. Reaching Priceline on the other hand just wasted over an hour of my time. I tried calling, using their texting service and emailing. No one ever got back to me nor would my calls even go through.

Trying to cancel a flight #ZUCAPZ AND CSKUEV Was booked on 07/19/21

Called , texted and emailed. We got the insurance but all they will do is hold for another flight. Right after booking the flights the wedding we were attending was canceled. We just want our refund.

I have asked for a refund for my September 1 through September 2 stay with the Godfrey Hotel in Clearwater Florida. The hotel room was soaking wet floors in the middle of the night the tub was filthy with hair and dirt in it and the toilet was all covered with *** The hotel itself gave me back my $31 fees but I want a refund from Priceline for $81 for the hotel they recommended and I booked through I have never heard from them since I wrote the first time I would like you to please contact them for my refund request
