Priceline Scammed Me

Priceline rejected my request to cancel a car reservation. The reason for the car reservation in the first place was to visit my Aunt in Florida who was scheduled for breast cancer surgery. I received a call from my Aunt's daughter 3 hours before my flight to Florida that the Surgeon postponed the surgery. Naturally, I contacted my airline, American Airlines and received a credit for future flights, that's fair. My hotel, La Quinta, cancelled my reservation with ease. Priceline scammed me by offering no credit, no refund, no future options. I will never use Price line ever again.

Priceline rips people off !

Well I reserved a weekend stay at a resort and when it was time to check in I was informed that there was a 100 dollar cleaning fee tacked on to the stay because it was booked on a wholesale website,I checked into how much it cost for someone to just walk in and purchase the same room and it was same and then there where some cheaper,so I will never use Priceline again !and I will tell as many people I can about these scammers, there the ones thats getting rich off of people that dont know about the hidden fees

Priceline gives you the most disgusting hotels

I booked on Priceline Name Your Own Bid. Their policy is no money back booking through them and like this. So they give you the crappiest hotel in that area and regardless of the hotel conditions, Priceline refuses to give your money back. The hotel was so gross, infested with bed bugs that I didn't even stay there, but still Priceline refused to give my money back. Their customer serve representatives are rude also! I asked for a supervisor or different deprtment and they refused and said there wasnt one. So they could care less because they know you cant do anything about your unhappiness. It's their policy....No money back...and the reason they can get hotels cheaper is because they are booking the hotels that are infested with bed bugs

Priceline Sucks

You're company sucks. I will no longer be using your website. A couple of suggestions: *If you are going to have someone call me and tell me there are changes to my flight itinerary, let me know what the changes are other than giving me some reference number that I then have to spend the next hour figuring out where to put it in on your website. Then, when I can't figure it out, make sure you have a phone number or some easy way to get in contact with someone to help me find out where to put the reference number, other than spending another hour on the phone waiting on hold, and never be able to connect to anybody to actually help answer my questions. How about just emailing me the freaking changes other than this big freaking circus you send me on navigating all over the place trying to figure out what the *** the changes are so I don't miss my flight I overpaid for the begin with on your *** website. I'M DONE WITH PRICELINE. IT SUCKS! Very annoyed!

I too am sick of Priceline. In no place does 2 adults mean that you will share the same bed.

Come on! I travel with my disabled father all the time and I in no way have any intention of sharing the bed with him.

This is false advertising by Priceline and the hotels that then charge you $15 a night to have 2 beds. What a rip off!

Priceline Customer Service Sucks!!!

Priceline's customer service is horrible. They do not care about the customer, all they care about is money. I have a huge issue with there cancellation policy. I have booked two flights and I need to calncle one of them due to a Military issue. This is something that I can not controll. All I want is for my ticket to be refunded. I booked my ticket through Priceline and all they do is pawn me off to other representatives who have no clue as to what the are doing. I would highley reccomend any other company other than Priceline!!

Priceline App Is garbage

I booked a hotel for the next night using the priceline ipad app, set the date 3 different times for tomorrow night. Booked the room and it was for tonight. Priceline would not honor moving to the correct night and wanted a 25$ fee for rebooking. ScrewPriceline and thier short buss *** call centers. DO Not use Priceline, they will ***. Book direct to the hotels. Priceline used to be good but now they just steal your money for *** service. How hard would it of been to move to the next night 5minutes after I actually booked the room.

I am tired of getting emails from Priceline.com. They have no way to unsubscribe. Can I register an official complaint with a consumer group or a more proactive group?? This is so annoying. I would get anything off priceline if they were the ONLY travel venue...

Don't bother going to the unsubscribe on their website. It says the unsubscribe page is, "Temporarily out of order." It's been "out of order" for months! I don't believe they allow you to unsubscribe, but I'll find a way.

i rented a car through priceline, and at the end it asks if i need rental insurance, so i added it to my agreement, because i don't have car insurance. When i go to pick up my car at Avis at the Orlando airport, they said that insurance isn't very good,...

NEVER use Priceline.com

Priceline.com did not accept my bid so I booked the listed price that they offered. I checked the box to be flexible on departure times. I requested a flight on Saturday and to return a week later on Sunday. The ticket I got after committing my credit card number had me arriving at my destination on Monday afternoon and my return flight was scheduled at 5am on the following Sunday. They essentially cut two days out of my trip. When I tried to change my flight they told me that because I had named my own price (which I didn't), they would not do anything to help me. They did offer to cancel my reservations for a $300 fee. These people are thieves. I lost two days of my trip and I DIDN'T SAVE ANY MONEY.

My Fiasco with Priceline

As a Pirceline novice I made the disastrous mistake of booking a room before reading the fine print. If you are two people who do not want to sleep together do not book a room. You will not get a room with double beds as I found out trying to stay at Hotel Felix in Chicago. All that was offered to me was a queen bed and on a Monday night, no other options were available to me!!!! My 84 year old mother and sister had to book another room at full price because we were stuck in downtown Chicago not knowing what to and unfamiliar with our surroundings. Never again!!

Well that is the type of thing you need to specify you know.

My hotel uses priceline, and you are able to book a room with two beds(if it is available ofcourse) as long as you request it.

However I still advise against using priceline or hotwire, or any of those online booking places, because if a problem should occur, they won't help you with it.
