In 2020 I had to cancel part of my trip. They issued us a travel voucher.
Long story. I have been trying to use my voucher for 3 months. No one is ever available to answer their phones so there always a call back when returning my call they may call at 3 or 4 am when we are asleep. When I actually do speak to a human I'm told they can't find the trip #, or the voucher, or book my upcoming trip and call them back WHICH I DONE just to be told they have to cancel it because I need to book it
with an agent THEN THE PRICE GO UP $250.
Or they can't take my form of payment. Ask for a manager they hang up. This has been going on for 3 months and still unsolved... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Book my trip or refund my money.

I made plans to visit Lake Tahoe with my boyfriend. I put the car in my name and booked a bundle with the flight and rental car.
After I called the rental car to make sure our late flight was still ok to pick up the car, I found out the reservation name and credit card name HAD to be the exact same. So after a few hours and several phone calls later I got everything canceled relatively easily. After rebooking everything again with the same name is when I found out about the Caldor forest fires causing Lake Tahoe and surrounding areas to EVACUATE! I called back the best morning to cancel everything like I had just done previously.
And the flight was canceled no problem. But the rental car, here we are over a week and several phone calls later and it still hasnt been resolved!! I just dont understand how the car could be canceled the first time no problem.
And now with Forrest fires being the reason, it cant or wont be cancelled and refunded to me!! Doesnt make any sense!
