Booking for my daughter
Have not received certificate of travel and pin like I was told I was going to receive
I spoke to more than 5 agents in the span of 1 week in order to redeem my $400+ credit for a flight I cancelled March 2021.
No one could tell me (until I spoke with Joanne) that my credit was not longer visible because it was a long time since I originally booked and cancelled my travel. She then mentioned that it was now in a screen or place where you can only redeem the funds via the certificate, which is why the other agents couldn't see it.
This is still unresolved since she (Joanne) told me that I would be receiving the email and pin within 24-48 hrs and when I did not, I called, YET AGAIN.
It was then that the agent told me, that he couldn't see or access my credit, that he came back- almost to appease me and get me off the phone that he said that the time to issue travel certificates was 7-14 days. Big Difference in the amount of time I was told that I would be able to access my funds.
