Booked two rooms with priceline. Went to change departure date to 1 day earlier than booked (3 nights instead of 4). The customer service agent said I would be charged the entire booking price as a cancelation fee. Priceline says it's the hotel. When I walked down and spoke to the hotel they said it's priceline. Each one points the finger at the other. Online chatted with agent who just said "sorry we cant resolve the problem" and disconnected.... Read more

My flight got canceled due to weather conditions. My mom's flight did not get canceled. I called Priceline explain to them the situation. They did not care and wouldn't do anything to help me out. I ask them to add her name to my car rental because I will not be getting into the airport until 10 PM the same day my moms getting there at 9 AM. This company is at the top of *** companies. Asking my lawyer to steer me in the right direction to help hard working people get their money back. I understand paying a fee for cancellations but you get nothing from this pathetic company. But when you call weeks in advanced with true life changes and you get nothing reversed?? Priceline is rubbish twice tried booking flights for the same trip ... I needed to get flights booked ASAP for May 27 - June 4 ... First fail confirmation had me booked for May 30 - June 8 ... hit cancel, guess what, didn't cancel. Absolutly terrible customer service! Booked flight plus rental car via Priceline. Flight was delayed. I called the rental car company to inform of my delay. Ordered a ticket to China only to be told two hours later that my request was denied due to airline system issues. The same flight was still available but now for a higher price. Went to book a flight for a vacation in Costa Rico. Filled out all personal information, went to book flight and was offered a $50 discount if I opened a Priceline visa. Three days ago I purchased two round trip tickets to Las Vegas from Sacramento flying out in two months. Last night I found out that a class I need to take starts on the day I am flying home from Las Vegas. Its a two week mandatory class so I cannot miss a day.
